Northern Arizona Quality Water has been serving the water improvement needs of Northern Arizona since 1989. Our friendly staff has almost 100 years of collective experience in the water conditioning field. It that's not enough, we can also draw on the collective experience and expertise of the many professionals at Kinetico Inc. No other water conditioning company in Northern Arizona comes close to matching our experience level.

Our mission is to be regarded as a reliable and accessible source for accurate information on water quality and water quality improvement solutions.

History

Jim and Martha Blaney, long time residents of Sedona with a background in home construction, founded the company in 1989 to fill a perceived need for a water conditioning company that would conduct its business with integrity and would offer high quality products and dependable service at reasonable prices.

1989 - Founded company as Rayne of Northern Arizona Inc. in Sedona location
1990 - Opened branch location in Flagstaff (maintained until 1995)
1992 - Moved into current Sedona location on Hwy 89A
1993 - Opened branch location in Prescott Valley
1994 - Began selling Kinetico water treatment products. Kinetico soon becomes top seller.
2001 - Formally acknowledged Kinetico as principal product line and changed company name to Northern Arizona Quality Water Inc.

Sales

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us and take our responsibility to recommend the best solution to your individual needs seriously. In most cases, that means that someone from our sales team needs to physically come out to your home or business and test your water, assess your needs, and do a plumbing audit before making a recommendation and giving prices. We do not charge for this service.

Service

Service is the number one priority of our company, and we take great pride in our service department. Our service people and installers take a professional approach to their work. Our goal is to prevent, but be responsive to any problems. Drinking water systems, in particular, require regular maintenance to perform as advertised, and we service most brands of equipment.
